Billing

Once the billing statement has been mailed by the Cooperative to the customer, the customer will have sixteen (16) days from the time of issuance to pay the bill. After the sixteenth (16th) day the account becomes delinquent after which the customer will have ten (10) days to pay outstanding bill before the service is terminated for non-payment.

FCEC's Main Office can be contacted Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, regarding any questions about your account, (903)583-2117.

• Money Order
• Bank Draft
• MasterCard and Visa now accepted

After hour payments can be made at the FCEC's Main Office, 1530 Silo Rd., Bonham, TX via the night drop box.

Night Deposit Box Moved--The night deposit box has been moved from next to the frontdoor of the Main Office to the East Customer Parking Lot.  By doing this members can now drive up and place their payment into the night deposit box without getting out of their vehicle.  Just another way FCEC is trying to make doing business more convenient for the ones we serve.
