Board of Directors

Control is exercised through the Board of Directors. You elect these directors at your Annual Meeting. This Board establishes the basic business policies, the same as the Board of Directors of any other Corporation. They employ a manager who is responsible to them for all operational details.

Your Directors receive no salary. They are active members who live on the lines of the Cooperative, and pay the same rate for their electric service and all related services offered as any other member.
